Phil Neville hopes to break into the top four with Everton

Phil Neville insists he would walk away from Everton if he thought the club could not compete for a top four place.
The Goodison skipper celebrated clinching a UEFA Cup spot by looking forward to the improvements that must be made, after finishing outside the Champions League slots.
The versatile star said: "Money is not my motivation, it's whether the club is looking forward. If I thought it wasn't, I'd leave tomorrow.
"We've had two good seasons on the run now and we're showing improvement every year. Sixth, then fifth - the next step is fourth.
"We just need that little bit extra now. In the big games, especially against the top four, maybe we have missed that special player, and that's what we need this summer."
