Porto striker Radamel Falcao has told Arsenal to stop whingeing ahead of their Champions League showdown.
Falcao scored Porto’s winner which left Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger furious with Swedish referee Martin Hansson for allowing it to stand.
But Falcao insists that Porto will prove in the second leg that they were worthy winners and are ready to knock Arsenal out of Europe.
Colombian Falcao said: “The goal was within the rule of the game and even though we’ve had some disappointments recently we will go there with a point to prove.
“For me, the Arsenal manager should be upset with his own players rather than the officials. It was a good goal.
“We were the better team in the first game and now we have an advantage and still believe we can go through.”
Wenger was furious that Hansson allowed Porto to take a quick free kick after a mix-up between keeper Lukasz Fabianski and Sol Campbell.
Frenchman Wenger claimed Hansson was “incompetent“ and the row sets up the second leg with Arsenal desperate to reach the quarter finals.
