Portsmouth making £7million bid for Fernando Bellushchi

Portsmouth are making a stunning £7million bid for Olympiacos's Argentina midfielder Fernando Belluschi - despite not having a manager or an owner.

The offer has been put in with the Greek giants by super-agent Pini Zahavi, who looks after the player and is also close to Pompey's prospective buyer Sulaiman Al-Fahim.
