Portsmouth ready to make Paul Hart full-time manager

Portsmouth are ready to make Paul Hart their new manager - and give him the job of finding replacements for their top players.

Hart was in caretaker control as Pompey beat the drop and will step in with would-be buyer Sulaiman Al-Fahim planning to work within a tight budget as Sol Campbell follows Glen Johnson out the door.

Former Pompey boss Tony Adams is a surprise contender to take charge at Southampton.
