Portsmouth will be formally docked nine points for going into administration at a meeting with the Premier League today.
Administrator Andrew Andronikou will also discuss selling players outside the transfer window and getting instant access to TV money and future parachute payments.
Pompey need to accept the points deduction by March 27 or risk another penalty from the Football League next season.
Meanwhile, Andronikou has demanded to know the names of the investors in the takeover consortium fronted by property developer and former Secret Millionaire star Rob Lloyd.
