Robbie Fowler goes straight into Blackburn's squad for tomorrow's Barclays Premier League clash with Arsenal at Ewood Park.
The striker agreed a three-month, performance-related contract with Rovers today and joins as a free agent.
Manager Paul Ince will be without Andre Ooijer (hamstring), Vince Grella (calf) and David Dunn (Achilles) for the game through injury.

Striker Carlos Vela looks set to be given more recovery time following a late return from international duty with Mexico, while Tomas Rosicky (hamstring), Abou Diaby (thigh), Amaury Bischoff (groin) and striker Eduardo (leg) remain in recovery.
