Rio Ferdinand not getting carried away over England's successful start to World Cup campaign

Rio Ferdinand will not get carried away by England's successful start to their World Cup campaign under Fabio Capello.
The Italian was appointed England manager just under a year ago with the team in the doldrums following their failure to qualify for Euro 2008.
He has led the team to the top of their qualification group for the 2010 World Cup with a 100 per cent record.
Hopes are high England could succeed in South Africa should they make it through but Manchester United captain Ferdinand (right) said: "We've seen that before. With every single manager since I've been an England player we've had a good start.
"Everybody's said, 'We're going to be brilliant, there's a fantastic future'. Then six months down the line, everyone's calling for the manager's head saying, 'He's not the right man and the players aren't good enough'."
Ferdinand, 30, also revealed it was Capello's status as a "winner" that lies behind England's revival. He added: "The difference with this man is he's been a winner from day one as a player and as a manager. It's his way or the highway and that's what I really like."
Ferdinand recalled Capello's opening speech to the players, when he said: "This is the way I like football being played and I've been successful doing this. This is the way I want you guys to play.
"If you can't do it then I'll find someone else who can'."
