Mancini set for crunch Tevez meeting with City board today

Roberto Mancini is meeting Manchester City's board today to discuss what further action to take over Carlos Tevez.
The City hierarchy agreed to Mancini's demand to suspend Tevez yesterday during a conference call last night involving the Blues boss, acting chief executive John MacBeath chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak and club's lawyers.
City suspend Tevez for up to two weeks
Mancini is adamant he does not want to work with Tevez again because of his refusal to come on against Bayern Munich and will discuss the club's next move with the board.
EXCLUSIVE - Mancini told striking Tevez: F*** off to Argentina
Tevez has been ordered to stay away from Carrington and the Etihad Stadium for two weeks until after the international break and will be told to train with the reserves - if he is allowed back.
The Blues will offload him for a cut-price fee in January after demanding £50million for him in the summer and are looking to see if they can legally reduce his £250,000-a-week salary in the meantime.
They have not ruled out sacking him for a breach of contract, although they would miss out on a potential £20million transfer fee if they did this.
Lawyer: Why City will NOT sack striking Tevez
City will tread carefully and they are wary of doing anything which will allow Tevez and his advisors to take them to court and drag this saga out even more.
Mancini will also speak to Edin Dzeko today when the players resume full training and warn him about his future conduct after the Bosnian threw a strop when he was substituted in Munich.
However it is expected that he will not fine Dzeko and instead will tell him that he will not tolerate any more dissent from any player.
