Roman Pavlyuchenko on way to Roma

Italian giants Roma are poised to open the bidding for Tottenham striker Roman Pavlyuchenko.
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is known to be willing to listen to offers, despite the Russian striker's 14 goals in his first season at White Hart Lane.
It is believed Roma are willing to offer around £9million to land the former Spartak Moscow marksman.
They have turned to Pav after being quoted more than double that for Sevilla's Brazil striker Luis Fabiano. Last summer Spurs paid £13.8m for Pavlyuchenko, who is with the Russia squad ahead of their World Cup qualifier against Finland in Helsinki tomorrow.
And Sevilla have confirmed they are interested in signing Spurs midfielder Didier Zokora at the right price.
The 28-yearold, who has struggled to secure regular first-team football since the arrival of Wilson Palacios in January, has been tipped as one of the players Redknapp could sell. Sevilla sporting director Ramon Rodriguez Verdejo, known as Monchi, said: "Zokora is a great player. I have followed him since we first saw him and could not pay for him."
Spurs are also set to join the battle for Wigan defender Paul Scharner.
The Austria international, 29, is under contract at the JJB Stadium, but said: "Tottenham, Everton and Fulham are interested in me, like Hertha Berlin and Hamburg. But I would prefer to stay in England."
