Ronaldinho has warned Manchester United that "nothing is impossible".
The AC Milan star is undaunted by United's 3-2 advantage heading into Wednesday's Champions League return at Old Trafford.
Ronaldinho claims Milan have enough big-game players in their team to record a historic win over Sir Alex Ferguson's men.
"It will be a very difficult match, but nothing is impossible," said the Brazilian. "I think it's going to be a very beautiful match.
"We need a positive result so we'll be playing for the victory. They'll be playing at home with their own style because their coach always makes them play that way and so it has all the ingredients needed to be a great match."
Ronaldinho was outstanding in the first leg three weeks ago in the San Siro and has helped plug the gap left in the Milan team by Kaka's move to Real Madrid.
The former Barcelona star, who has nine goals and 15 assists in Serie A this season, said: "To tell you the truth, I've been planning to have a year like this.
"I was working hard and thinking about this in pre-season so I'm very happy to be putting the dream into practice.
"I had a time at Barcelona when we didn't win titles and when you don't win titles it's normal the players get scrutinised, but I'm happy to be back at a great club fighting in two competitions."
Ronaldinho tasted Champions League glory with Barca four years ago when they beat Arsenal in Paris and he dreams of getting his hands on the European Cup again.
"That would be wonderful," he said. "I won the Champions League and there was a moment in the final when we lifted the trophy and I was right next to our captain Puyol - it's an image that will always be in my mind."
