Roy Keane ready to sign Man City's Richard Dunne

ROY KEANE is ready to exploit the chaos at Manchester City and sign defender Richard Dunne in a £2.5million deal.

Sunderland boss Keane is at the head of the queue for his former Republic of Ireland team-mate. And £

Dunne will leave City, where he has one year left on his contract, as owner Thaksin Shinawatra raises funds for new faces.

Keane is looking for more strength and leadership at the back.

Dunne, 28, has proved to be one of the top flight's most solid performers - and the Irish connection makes the move appealing to him..
