Ruud Gullit will be sacked as manager of Russian side Terek Grozny if they don't win tonight, according to a club statement.
Terek, currently 14th in the 16-team Russian Premier League, published the warning on their own website.
"Today we must acknowledge that Gullit has not justified the hopes of the club's leadership," it read.
The statement also accused the Dutchman, who was one of the world's greatest players but has not enjoyed much managerial success as clubs including Chelsea and Newcastle of "thinking about bars and discotheques" rather than ways of fixing Terek's troubles.
"Considering all this," it continued, "[club president] Ramzan Kadyrov is presenting Ruud Gullit with the task of bringing back three points from Perm [where they play Ankar Perm on Tuesday].
"In the event of the opposite outcome, Gullit will be dismissed from the position of head coach."
Gullit. who has also had spells in charge of Dutch club Feyenoord (where he played in the 1980s) and Major League Soccer's LA Galaxy, has only been in charge of the club since January.
