Shefki Kuqi faces Crystal Palace salary slash

Shefki Kuqi can stay at Crystal Palace for two more years - if he takes a 40 per cent pay cut.

The hitman is on £13,000 per week and the Eagles had been trying to off-load him. But six goals in 18 games convinced boss Neil Warnock to make him a new, cut-price offer.
