Troubled Spurs boss Juande Ramos is facing a revolt from players he has sent into the reserves.
Stars who have been relegated from the first-team squad are disrupting team-mates in the 'stiffs'.
The manager is under intense pressure as his goes into tomorrow's game against Hull looking for the rock-bottom club's first league win.
Now a handful of disaffected stars are allegedly taking a poor attitude into the second string.
Kevin Prince-Boateng, Adel Taarabt, and Hossam Ghaly are among the players told to train with the reserves until they find a new club as they have little or no chance of playing in the senior side.
Some already in the reserves have been involved in bust-ups with the newcomers, who have made it clear they believe they are too good to be there.
Two other players, Ricardo Rocha and Paul Stalteri, are described as model pros who have not been a problem.
However, Prince-Boateng, a massive flop since being brought to the club for £5million by director of football Damien Comolli, in particular has upset his colleagues.
The midfielder is now in Germany, having been given leave by the club.
A source said: "He just doesn't seem to realise that nobody rates him yet he swans around as if he is too good to be there."
In particular, the demoted players are accused of a lack of effort and talking down to the players already in the reserves.
Last night Spurs' reserve-team manager Clive Allen said: "The senior players have a fantastic attitude towards training and matches."
