Stephen Hughes to get new chance at Doncaster

Doncaster Rovers boss Sean O'Driscoll is ready to give Scottish midfielder Stephen Hughes a second chance to crack it in England.

O'Driscoll wants the Motherwell star to join Rovers in a £300,000 deal - and sees him as an ideal replacement for Robbie Wellens, who is set to sign for Leicester City.

Hughes was with Leicester himself as a youngster, but failed to make the grade.
