Angry Tony Pulis accused David Meyler of cheating to get Robert Huth sent off.
Huth was shown red for a strong challenge on the Sunderland midfielder. Stoke boss Pulis said: “Robert’s pulled out of the challenge. He didn’t touch the kid at all.
“It’s become more ingrained in the game, the reaction of the player. It’s something I think Gordon Taylor and the PFA should really get to grips with. That’s cheating another professional. It’s a disease that we need to stamp out.”
