Stoke have handed Danny Higginbotham a new contract to keep him at the Britannia Stadium.
Versatile ace Higginbotham, 30, has lost his place in Tony Pulis’ starting XI and has been linked with a move away from the club.
But the star has agreed a new deal for this and two more seasons at Stoke on £15,0000-a-week.
