Sunderland eye-up tall striker Nikola Zigic

New Sunderland boss Steve Bruce wants to sign the world's tallest player, Serbian striker Nikola Zigic.

Bruce is ready to smash the Black Cats' transfer record with a £10million deal for the 6ft 8ins goal ace.

Hard-up Valencia are resigned to selling the 28-year-old hitman, who has never made any secret of his desire to play in the Premier League.
