Spurs hijack West Ham deal for Eidur Gudjohnsen - Exclusive

Tottenham Hotspur are attempting to hijack Eidur Gudjohnsen's transfer to West Ham United .

The former Chelsea star flew into Stansted airport from Monaco today to meet Hammers officials and to undergo a medical.

At the airport were Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp and chairman Daniel Levy.

Gudjohnsen, 31, went for his medical at West Ham today, but will be having talks with Tottenham before making a final decision on his return to the Premier League.
