Tottenham line up £16m bid for West Ham stars Matthew Upson and Robert Green

Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is reportedly planning to raid his old club West Ham for defender Matthew Upson and goalkeeper Robert Green.
Redknapp sees the pair as the perfect replacements for injury-plagued defender Ledley King and gaffe-prone goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes.
West Ham boss Gianfanco Zola knows he must sell before he can buy in January.
And although the Italian would rather keep Upson and Green at Upton Park, Spurs hope that a £16m joint bid will be too good for the hard-up Hammers to turn down.
