Italian club keen on Tottenham forward

Italian side Napoli are keen on signing Tottenham forward Giovani Dos Santos, according to reports in Friday's papers.

The Mexico youngster moved to Spurs from Barcelona for £4.6million two years ago but has struggled to get first team action at White Hart Lane.

He has had loan spells at both Ipswich Town and Galatasaray in the last two seasons but after good performances for Mexico at the World Cup he had hoped to cement a place in Harry Redknapp's side. So far he has appeared four times for the Spurs first team this season.

Napoli are currently third in Serie A.
