Blackpool in transfer stand-off over Swans pair

Blackpool boss Ian Holloway is in a transfer stand-off with Swansea over right-back Angel Rangel and Stephen Dobbie.

Swans would let Rangel go for about £750,000 but Holloway wants Dobbie, valued at £250,000, in the deal – and City do not want to sell the striker.
