Bolton set to seal deal for Real Madrid starlet

Real Madrid's Marcos Alonso is set to complete a £2.2million switch to Bolton.

The teenage left-back has been chased by boss Owen Coyle for two months and Wanderers finally got their man as Real admitted defeat in their attempt to keep him.

Alonso turned down a move to Benfica because he fancied a crack at the Premier League. Coyle is also hopeful of signing his Real team-mate Rodrigo Moreno.
