Palace snap up Hull defender in bargain deal

Crystal Palace boss George Burley has snapped up centre-half Anthony Gardner in a bargain deal from Hull City.

Burley wants an experienced defender for his struggling side and agreed to take on the former Tottenham star who has had an injury-hit spell on Humberside.
