City are refusing to pay Wolfsburg's £34million asking price for the Bosnian international and the German outfit claim this suits them just fine.
Wolfsburg managing director Dieter Hoeness said: "There has been no offer and we have no interest in selling Edin Dzeko."
The news comes hours after Dzeko begged the club to lower their valuation so he could move to Eastlands.
