Everton in loan bid for Arsenal striker

David Moyes will try to solve Everton's striking problems by grabbing Arsenal's Nicklas Bendtner on loan.
Sky Sports claims the Dane is top of cash-strapped Moyes' list as he looks to add quality to a forward line which includes injury-prone Louis Saha and relatively untested Jermaine Beckford.
Everton would like to bring in Hugo Rodallega but Wigan want £10m for the Colombian and Moyes could not hope to pay that without selling a prize asset like Leighton Baines.
So instead they will go for Bendtner on a season-long loan - although the self-assured striker might prefer a move to Germany with Hamburg.
