Oliver Kapo has been told he can leave Wigan - and he could be followed by Daniel de Ridder.
Roberto Martinez claims Frenchman Kapo can return to his homeland where he spent the second half of last season on loan at Boulogne.
Kapo has made just one substitute appearance under Martinez and the Latics boss said: "Olivier has expressed a desire to play in France and we will not try and change his mind."
De Ridder is also facing the exit after being loaned out to Hapeol Tel Aviv last season and he wants regular first-team football.
The Dutch winger said: "I would love to stay here at Wigan, but only if I'm playing regularly."
