Hammers increase Yakubu bid to £7.5m

West Ham have increased their bid for Everton's Yakubu to £7.5m.
Avram Grant's club had earlier completed the season-long loan signing of Ajax's Serbia striker Miralem Sulejmani.
Stoke have made an enquiry about West Ham midfielder Radoslav Kovac. The Czech international moved on loan to Upton Park from Spartak Moscow in January last year before making the permanent move for £1.8m last summer.
