UEFA Cup: stranded Man City fans rescued by Faroe airline

Intrepid Manchester City fans had to be bailed out after their plans to sail to tonight's UEFA Cup match in the Faroe Islands were sunk by eight-foot Atlantic waves.
Leighton Gobbett and his mates hired the fishing trawler The Three Sisters because they could not afford to fly to the Faroes.
But after an eight-hour drive to Aberdeen and an overnight ferry to the Shetlands, they had to turn around the 72-foot vessel because of stormy seas.
Faroe airline Atlantic Airways answered their SOS and is flying them out in time for the game with part timers EB-Streymur.
