Corluka dragged away from fan after Spurs bust-up

Tottenham's Vedran Corluka had to be dragged away from an "idiot" Spurs fan in a final whistle bust-up at White Hart Lane yesterday.

Assistant boss Kevin Bond and goalkeeping coach Tony Parks pulled the defender away after he confronted the spectator.

The Croatian said: "I told one supporter he was an idiot. He was moaning during the match when he should have been supporting the team. I told him to support instead of criticising."

Bond said: "I think he was going to take a pop at the fan in Croatian. He will thank me later for calming him down."
