Harry Redknapp is reportedly lining up a bid for Brazilian international striker Frederico Chaves Guedes (or Fred for short).
The 25-year-old has scored 34 goals in 81 league appearances for Lyon since joining in 2005, and is beginning to establish himself as Robinho's regular partner in the national side.
He also holds the record for scoring fastest goal in Brazilian football history - scored some 3.17 seconds after kick off - while playing for América Futebol Clube.
