Liam Bridcutt is not a big name at Chelsea - but he is part of the blue revolution that is about to turn Watford's season around.
Bridcutt,19, is on loan at Vicarage Road from Stamford Bridge and turned in a man-of-the match display on his debut.
He headed home with a bottle of champagne after helping Watford boss Brendan Rodgers to a point in his first game in charge.
Now he reckons the former Chelsea reserve team manager can become a hero in Hertfordshire.
Bridcutt said: "Brendan wasn't going to be at Chelsea for long, I knew a club would snap him up.
"He has a good vibe and players enjoy working for him. He will bring a new kind of football to the team.
"Even when Jose Mourinho left Chelsea, Brendan was respected by everyone. There is no doub the can go to the top as a manager."
Boss Rodgers said: "Mourinho obviously had an influence on me. I worked close by him for three years so he has influenced me.
"But I am my own man and I have my own ideas and those will hopefully see me have a successful career."
Tommy Smith put Waford ahead on the halfhour mark, steering home at the far post after a miscued Tamas Priskin shot rolled into his path.
Doncaster spoiled the partyinthe second half as sub Steve Brooker scored a carbon copy of Smith's strike.
Brooker, on loan from Bristol City, began his careerat Watford. He said: "I'm delighted to scoreon my debut and also to do it againsta club where I did my YTS.
"I've not been back for about eight years and it brought a few memories back."
