West Ham ready to cash in on Dean Ashton and Anton Ferdinand

West Ham are ready to sell Dean Ashton and Anton Ferdinand in a move to raise money for new signings.

Striker Ashton has been offered a new deal but, if he stalls, Hammers will put him up for sale. Centre-half Ferdinand is available for about £3million.

Curbishley wants Everton striker Andy Johnson and Newcastle defender Steven Taylor.
