Zola insists he won't walk out on West Ham.. because of his Italian upbringing

Gianfranco Zola admits he’ll find it tough to quit as West Ham boss – because of his Sardinian upbringing.

Zola is set to hold crunch talks with the West Ham owners this week after being constantly undermined since Davids Gold and Sullivan took charge.

Despite all this, Zola admitted: “Sardinians never give up. It’s made me more focused and determined to improve.”
