Wigan hopeful on Jason Scotland signing today

Wigan boss Roberto Martinez hopes to sign old boy Jason Scotland in a £2million deal today.
The striker has told Swansea he wants to leave and the Latics' latest offer is set to be accepted.
Owner Dave Whelan has told Egyptian striker Amr Zaki there is no chance of him returning to the club.
"It's all over with Zaki - full stop," he said. "I didn't even shake hands with him."
