Wigan's Michael Brown: Arsenal play pretty football but this is a man's game

WIGAN warhorse Michael Brown loves to see Arsenal play their beautiful football - but he will do his best to turn things ugly today.
Brown has a reputation as one of the hardest midfielders in the game, but he goes positively soft over the style that the Gunners can turn on at their peak.
However, Brown wants to do his bit to mess about Arsene Wenger's side today as the Latics try to put on a better show against the big boys than they did when they faced Arsenal's "kids" in the Carling Cup.
Brown has never been afraid to mix it, but said: "It is fabulous to watch Arsenal, but we can't let them play their pretty football. It's still a man's game, it's what the English game is all about. We aren't a kicking team, but we will go there to compete this time."
Brown has been brought back into the Wigan team by Steve Bruce to add some steel and know-how to the heart of the side.
