Wigan sign Birmingham goalkeeper Richard Kingson

Wigan boss Steve Bruce has snapped up keeper Richard Kingson - and handed him a two-year deal - in his latest raid for a Birmingham City old boy.

Bruce has signed the Ghana star on a free transfer a year after giving him his break at St Andrews and he will provide competition for No.1 Chris Kirkland.
