Wigan target Blackburn striker

Wigan may re-sign Jason Roberts as flop striker Mauro Boselli is off on loan to Italian club Genoa.

Former Latics striker Roberts, 32, is ready to quit Blackburn on a free this month for regular football.

Championship QPR are also interested in the Grenada international, who starred for Wigan from January 2004 -July 2006 before going to Rovers.
