Wigan want Crystal Palace starlet Victor Moses

Wigan boss Roberto Martinez is planning a £2.5million swoop for Crystal Palace kid Victor Moses.
Martinez has made strong inquiries about the 18-year-old who has already played 40 games for the Championship side.
Latics owner Dave Whelan is keen to have a strong English element in the dressing room and England youth international Moses would certainly fit the bill.
Palace could be persuaded to sell, with boss Neil Warnock looking to bring new faces into his side on a limited budget.
But negotiations will be a tough as Whelan and Palace supremo Simon Jordan have clashed in the past and exchanged strong words.
