Wolves to splash out on £2m Bristol City midfielder Marvin Elliott

Mick McCarthy is set to make a £2million bid for Bristol City midfielder Marvin Elliott.

Wolves boss McCarthy has targeted Elliott, 24, after being promised major funds for their promotion push by chairman Steve Morgan.

McCarthy is also set to sign Rangers striker Alan Gow for £250,000 within the next 48 hours.
