James Miler has not joined Man City - official!

James Milner revealed how an impromptu quiz between the England players and Fabio Capello's backroom staff helped restore the squad's morale the night before their 1-0 win over Slovenia, which saw them reach the last 16.

Aston Villa midfielder Milner, a target for Manchester City, revealed how Jamie Carragher's encyclopedic knowledge of football saw the team made up of Liverpool players come out on top.

With his own club future uncertain, Milner at least saw the funny side when asked which side he was on.

"No, it wasn't the Man City team," he replied, smiling broadly.
