Swine flu causes Prem postponement? You'll be pig sick if you miss out
Flu is the big threat to the Premier League, bookies have declared.
Swine flu in the case of Blackburn, shouldn't have flew in the case of Stoke.
Hills offer just 6-1 for a Premier fixture to be postponed this season because of swine flu, pointing out that a French league game has already fallen victim.
But we all know that's because the French love to jump on le bandwagon. Did you know that when they first screened the horror movie Psycho in France, the government moved to ban it for fear of people taking copycat showers?
As far as I can make out the symptoms of swine flu are a light cough and a sniffle. That's in women. In men it is near fatal. So you can understand why Hills are taking no chances, washing their hands thoroughly after handling every betting slip.
QPR are the latest club to be hit by the illness but the 10-1 quoted by Blue Square that tonight they score four or more goals for the fourth game running is not to be sneezed at.
