3PM Extra: Sporting Lisbon stars under snowball attack, the worst miss of the year and Bothroyd owned by video gamers

1) Some of the UK’s finest football gaming talent battled it out in London last night in the latest leg of live qualification for the FIFA Interactive World Cup. The real life game was represented by QPR's Jay Bothroyd and Dickson Etuhu of Fulham. "I played against one lad who told me I should stick to my day job!" said Bothroyd. 2) Throwing missiles onto a football pitch is of course a big no-no - and rightly so. But top marks to these Legia Warsaw fans for originality. As three Sporting Lisbon players were warming up near one of the goals, they suddenly found themselves showered with snowballs, all thrown on cue by the Warsaw supporters.
