Exclusive! First picture of West Ham's team bonding go-kart session
As revealed this morning on Carlton Cole's Twitter feed, the West Ham squad are enjoying a team bonding away day featuring go-karting and clay pigeon shooting .
And Football Banter's crack photographers have managed to secure the first picture of boss Avram Grant on the go-kart track.
We can also exclusively reveal that the shooting had to be abandoned after not one of West Ham's strikers was able to hit the target.
Although Benni McCarthy did manage to wolf down 12 clay pigeons before someone explained to the big-boned striker that they weren't real birds...
