Jimmy Bullard's 10 funniest moments
Hull's Jimmy Bullard once again cemented his reputation as the Premier League's funniest man with his brilliant goal celebration against Manchester City.
Here's our pick of the Rocky-From-Mask-lookalike's greatest moments...
10) Jimmy took full advantage when the floodlights failed as Wigan played Arsenal in a League Cup semi-final. First he rummaged in Freddie Ljungberg's shorts, explaining later that he wanted to see if the then-Arsenal midfielder was wearing the Armani shreddies he advertised at the time. Then he ran upfield and the lights came back on to reveal our hero standing alone on the opposition goal-line with the ball at his feet and a huge grin on his face.
9) Bullard is a fixture on Sky Sports' Soccer AM. Here he is scoring a direct hit on comedy interviewer Tubes' arse during a Take One For The Team challenge.
8) The whistle goes during a goalmouth scramble in a Wigan game against Everton. For other footballers, a chance to have a breather and return to their position for the inevitable free kick. For our Jim, however...
7) Duncan Ferguson was a fearsome opponent to central defenders and burglars alike. Here, the legendary Everton hardman has just lost it and is about to be red-carded for punching an opponent. Is Bullard scared? Not a bit of it ...
6) Despite the interviewer's best efforts, this Peterborough FC website interview is just a tad dull - until someone gatecrashes ...
5) Still at Peterborough, and Jimmy's now the interviewee. But something smelly starts him laughing before the first question and the rest is Denis Norden's idea of heaven....
4) On a Fulham tour, Jimmy gets hold of then-manager Chris Coleman's room number - and invites his new mates from Real Madrid to make the most of it . Thanks to ChannelBee.com.
3) Ingredients: One dressing room, one dirty kit bin, one pair of pants and one nude Bullard. You can't imagine Gary Neville getting up to this sort of thing ...
2) All Jimmy has to do for his Sky Sports profile video is step forward and smile. But the boy loves to improvise ...
And the number one Bullard comedy moment is...
1) What else but that celebration - not only a moment of comic genius but guaranteeing that Phil Brown's ludicrous on-pitch team talk is from now on remembered with a smile.
