John Terry and Frank Lampard get friendly, Soccer Saturday Italian style and dental hygiene at Stamford Bridge - the five best things we've found on the web today

So it's 3pm, time to put the kettle on, grab a biscuit and start counting down the hours until you can knock off work. To help your day go that little bit quicker we've brought you the best football stuff we've found on the web today.

Here's today's Top 5:

1) Nudity alert! Sadly it's not Katy Perry revealing even more skin than she was in that West Ham basque , but an exhibitionist German football fan streaking during a Bundesliga match at Hertha Berlin. In the words of Tom Jones, you can keep your hat on...

2) Team spirit is key to success in football, and perhaps that was the special ingredient that allowed Chelsea to beat Manchester United yesterday. Going by this picture it seems Frank Lampard and John Terry couldn't be closer. Get a room lads!

3) Check out this chap in the crowd at Stamford Bridge yesterday. Obviously he was in something of a rush when he got up so decided to save time by brushing his teeth at the match.

4) Sky's excellent Soccer Saturday programme should by rights be the most boring programme ever - four blokes watching football matches that you can't even see. If they ever decide to liven it up they should hire this eager beaver from Italian television who was hitting new heights of impartiality on the weekend. Chris Kamara eat your heart out. (props to Who Ate All The Pies for the spot)

5) Lads, look away now if you don't want to wince after seeing a bloke take a direct hit to the knackers. On the plus side, he'll get £250 if he sends the video in to You've Been Framed... (Big up to The Beautiful Game for finding this one)
