Arsenal are tracking Uruguayan sensation Abel Hernandez , who has been drawing admiring looks from all over Europe since his move from his home club Penarol to Serie A side Palermo this season. The 19-year-old striker is rated at £9million and has four goals in 16 appearances for the Italian side. (The Sun)
Birmingham boss Alex McLeish has pleaded with owner Carson Yeung to spend big this summer in a bid to keep City's progress going. "If we want to remain a Premier League team we've got to keep up with the Joneses. We probably need to spend a bit more than we did last year," he said. (The Sun)
