Webchat review: Simon Bird on all things North East, plus Liverpool's title chances, England's World Cup prospects and THAT Joe Kinnear incident

MirrorFootball's man in the North East Simon Bird faced an hour's worth of questions from football fans today in the latest of our Monday Mouth Off webchats.

Simon had all the latest on Newcastle, Sunderland and Middlesbrough, as well as his views on Liverpool's title chances and England's World Cup hopes.

He also revealed how Roy Keane and Sir Bobby Robson dealt with journalists asking silly questions, and what it felt like to be on the end of THAT rant from Joe Kinnear (listen to the full rant below - WARNING: contains VERY bad language).

If you missed it, just click below to get the inside word from the man in the know, and find out who Simon interviewed in a Kwik Fit in Runcorn...

Next week, the Daily Mirror's chief sport writer Oliver Holt will be in the chair to answer your questions, and click here if you missed last week's Mouth Off with John Cross.
