How Wilshere and Collison were Jackasses on Twitter

A big week on Twitter for immature London footballers called Jack.

First, Arsenal’s Jack Wilshere hacked into team-mate Wojciech Szczesny’s account and posted messages including “I’m gay” and “JW is greatest ever footballer”.

Then West Ham’s Jack Collison and a pal stayed up til 2am before posting this picture of a rather unusual snowman...

A bad week for David Cameron won’t get any better when the Prime Minister reflects on the weekend football predictions he gave the BBC.

Though he tipped Arsenal’s 2-1 win aginst Fulham exactly right and backed Manchester City to beat Wolves (though he said 2-0, not 1-0), the Tory Toff who supports Aston Villa because his uncle once owned the club got the result of every other game wrong, including tipping rock-bottom Wolves to win at Blackburn rather than capitulating 3-0.

Still, if Cameron’s Monday night tip comes through - Liverpool 0-6 Villa - we might consider voting for him...

How did Russia’s 2018 World Cup bid manage to win the vote of the corpulent American Chuck Blazer, whom England expected to be in our corner?

Easy. As Blazer’s nauseating blog reveals, Putin arranged a private meeting with the bearded and bloated Yank, at which he told him he looked like Karl Marx, then gave him a high-five.

And Putin later sent Blazer 20 photos of him on holidays for use on his own website, which include pictures of the cold-eyed ex-KGB man feeding deer and seals and helping out a stricken polar bear. Bless.
