Can I file under "stating the bleedin' obvious" the claim from Andrea Dossena's agent that the full-back is "nostalgic for Italy"?
Looking at his blossoming girth over the past year, it's obvious Dossena has spent every spare hour at Il Forno, La Bussola and the rest of Liverpool's Italian restaurants, undergoing cannelloni therapy to cure his homesickness.
